Section 432B.60745 - Determination concerning whether child presents likelihood of serious harm to himself or herself or others

For the purposes of NRS 432B.607 to 432B.6085, inclusive, a determination concerning whether a child presents a substantial likelihood of serious harm to himself or herself or others must be made as provided in NRS 433A.0195.
