Section 432B.425 - Notification of tribe if proceedings involve Indian child; transfer of proceedings to Indian child's tribe; exercise of jurisdiction by court

If proceedings pursuant to this chapter involve the protection of an Indian child, the court shall

require that notice of the proceedings and any other notice required by this chapter be provided in accordance with section 31 of this act.
