Section 432B.4019 - Account to Support Children's Advocacy Centers: Creation; administration; use; gifts, grants and donations; nonreversion1. The Account to Support Children's Advocacy Centers is hereby created in the State General Fund. The Division of Child and Family Services shall administer the Account.2. The interest and income earned on the money in the Account, after deducting any applicable charges, must be credited to the Account.3. The Division of Child and Family Services may use the money in the Account to provide monetary support for the establishment and operation of children's advocacy centers.4. The Division of Child and Family Services may accept gifts, grants, bequests and other contributions from any source for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this section.5. Any money remaining in the Account at the end of a fiscal year does not revert to the State General Fund, and the balance in the Account must be carried forward to the next fiscal year.Added to NRS by 2021, 537Added by 2021, Ch. 127,§7, eff. 7/1/2021.
