Section 432.540 - Manner in which child is to be made aware of rights and process for filing grievance1. A provider of foster care that places a child in a foster home shall: (a) Inform the child of his or her rights set forth in NRS 432.525, 432.530 and 432.535;(b) Provide the child with a written summary of those rights; and(c) Provide an additional written copy of the summary to the child upon request.2.
