Section 432.036 - Assistance not assignable or subject to process or bankruptcy law; assistance subject to future amending and repealing acts Assistance awarded pursuant to the provisions of NRS 432.010 to 432.085, inclusive, is:
1. Not transferable or assignable at law or in equity, and none of the money paid or payable pursuant to those provisions is subject to execution, levy, attachment, garnishment or other legal process, or to the operation of any law regarding bankruptcy or insolvency.2.
