Section 426.421 - "Expedited service permit" defined

"Expedited service permit" means a permit that:

1. Is issued by the Department pursuant to the provisions of NRS 426.441 to a person with a permanent disability; and

2. Entitles the person to expedited service pursuant to the provisions of NRS 426.451.
