Section 426.561 - Authority of Division to adopt, amend and repeal policies; public meeting required1. To the extent required by 34 C.F.R. § 361.50, the Division may adopt, amend and repeal policies concerning the nature and scope of vocational rehabilitation services provided to persons who are blind.2.
