Section 425.3835 - Court prohibited from staying proceeding or refusing hearing in certain circumstances; court required to hold hearing; court authorized to issue support order pendente lite Except as otherwise required by the provisions of this chapter, a court of this state:
1. Shall not stay a proceeding or refuse a hearing pursuant to NRS 425.382 to 425.3852, inclusive, because of any pending or prior action or proceeding for divorce, separation, annulment, dissolution, habeas corpus, adoption or custody in this or any other state.2.
