Section 422A.525 - Powers and duties of Administrator
The Administrator:
1. Shall adopt regulations for the administration of the program;2. May contract with any state or private agency to provide any of the services of the program; and3. May receive a grant of money from the Federal Government or any other source to defray the costs of the program.
