Section 422A.075 - "Supplemental Security Income Program" defined

"Supplemental Security Income Program" means the program established for persons who are aged, blind or disabled pursuant to Title XVI of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 1381 et seq., as amended.
