Section 408.55082 - Bank not required to provide notice or hearing before performing certain acts

Except as otherwise provided in NRS 408.55048 to 408.55088, inclusive, and notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Bank is not required to provide any notice or publication or to conduct any hearing or other proceeding before performing any act authorized in NRS 408.55048 to 408.55088, inclusive.
