Section 408.283 - Cooperative agreements between Department of Transportation and county commissioners1. The Department may enter into cooperative agreements with any board of county commissioners in the State for the improvement of any road.2. Roads improved pursuant to this section must belong to the county and must be maintained at the expense of the county.3.
