Section 408.260 - Federal lands: Construction and maintenance of highways; availability of federal money1. The Department is authorized to enter into contracts and agreements with agencies of the Federal Government in matters concerning the construction, reconstruction, improvement and maintenance of highways as provided in this chapter when such highways enter upon or traverse lands under the ownership or control of such federal agencies.2.
