Section 396.125 - Definitions

As used in NRS 396.125 to 396.1595, inclusive, and section 4.3 of this act, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 396.126 to 396.138, inclusive, and section 4.3 of this act have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections.
