Section 396.790 - Agricultural research: Nevada Agricultural Experiment Station Fund1. The Director of the Nevada Agricultural Experiment Station of the System, with the approval of the Board of Regents, is hereby authorized and directed to enter into cooperative agreements with the United States Department of Agriculture under the provisions of an Act of Congress entitled "An Act to provide for further research into basic laws and principles relating to agriculture and to improve and facilitate the marketing and distribution of agricultural products," approved August 14, 1946 (c. 966, 60 Stat. 1082; 7 U.S.C. § 427).2. The Nevada Agricultural Experiment Station Fund is hereby created and must be administered by the Director of the Agricultural Experiment Station. Support for the Fund must be provided by legislative appropriation from the State General Fund.3.
