Section 396.896 - Extension of period for repayment of loan: Application; approval by Board of Regents1. The Board of Regents or its designee may, after receiving an application stating the reasons therefor, grant an extension of the period for the repayment of a loan in case of hardship arising out of the individual circumstances of a recipient. The extension must be for a period that will reasonably alleviate that hardship.2.
