Section 396.260 - Employment of alien instructor or professor through program of exchange

Notwithstanding the provisions of any other law, the Board of Regents may employ any teacher, instructor or professor authorized to teach in the United States under the teacher exchange programs authorized by laws of the Congress of the United States.
