Section 396.NEW - [Newly enacted section not yet numbered] [Application for gifts, grants and moneys; receipt, investment, disbursement and accounting]The Board of Regents may:
1. Apply for and accept gifts, grants and donations for the purposes of carrying out the provisions of sections 2 to 10, inclusive, of this act.2.
