Section 394.1699 - Inapplicability of Open Meeting Law to emergency operations plan development committee, school committee and certain meetings of State Board related to crisis and emergency response

The provisions of chapter 241 of NRS do not apply to a meeting of:

1. An emergency operations plan development committee;

2. A school committee; or

3. The Board if the meeting concerns a regulation adopted pursuant to NRS 394.1694.
