Section 391A.200 - Payment of certain costs and expenses by regional training program1. To the extent that money is available from legislative appropriation or otherwise, a regional training program must pay: (a) The salaries and travel expenses of staff and other personnel necessary to the operation of the program;(b) Related administrative expenses; and(c) The costs incurred to acquire equipment and space to operate the program.2. To the extent that money is available from legislative appropriation or otherwise, a regional training program may provide incentives for teachers to attend the regional training program, including, without limitation:(a) Arrangement for credit toward renewal of a license or an endorsement for a license;(b) Provision of books, supplies or instructional materials for the classrooms; and(c) Provision of stipends.(Added to NRS by 2001 Special Session, 180)-(Substituted in revision for NRS 391.548) (Added to NRS by 2001 Special Session, 180) - (Substituted in revision for NRS 391.548 )
