Section 388C.110 - Attendance in lieu of attendance at middle school or high school; regulations by Superintendent of Public Instruction The Superintendent of Public Instruction shall:
1. Authorize any pupil who is admitted to a university school for profoundly gifted pupils to enroll in that school in lieu of enrolling in the middle school, junior high school or high school that the pupil is otherwise scheduled to attend.2.
