Section 388C.070 - Compliance with federal law required; acceptance of gifts, bequests, grants, appropriation or donation1. A university school for profoundly gifted pupils shall comply with all applicable federal laws to prevent the loss of any federal money for education provided to the State of Nevada and the school districts in this State by the Federal Government.2.
