Section 388.121 - Definitions

As used in NRS 388.121 to 388.1395, inclusive, and sections 1.2, 1.4 and 1.6 of this act, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 388.1215 to 388.127, inclusive, have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections.
