Section 388.5267 - Minimum standards for special education of gifted and talented pupils; limitation on apportionment of state money for instruction1. The State Board shall prescribe minimum standards for the special education of gifted and talented pupils.2. The minimum standards prescribed by the State Board pursuant to subsection 1 must include standards for programs of instruction or special services maintained for the purpose of serving pupils with gifted and talented abilities.3.
