Section 388.789 - Superintendent of Public Instruction required to ensure Commission carries out duties successfully

The Superintendent of Public Instruction is responsible for ensuring that the duties and responsibilities set forth in NRS 388.780 to 388.815, inclusive, are carried out by the Department successfully.
