Section 387.1277 - Department to review grants awarded; compilation of reportOn or before November 1 of each year, the Department shall:
1. Review all grants awarded pursuant to NRS 387.1275 during the immediately preceding year;2. Compile a report for the immediately preceding year which must include, without limitation: (a) The number of applications for a grant received pursuant to NRS 387.1275;(b) The number of grants awarded pursuant to NRS 387.1275;(c) The total cost of all grants awarded pursuant to NRS 387.1275; and(d) Such other information as may be prescribed by the Department to demonstrate the effectiveness of recipients of a grant awarded pursuant to NRS 387.1275 in improving the literacy and readiness for elementary school of children less than 6 years of age.Added to NRS by 2023, 2170Added by 2023, Ch. 387,§14, eff. 7/1/2023.
