Section 386.975 - Establishment of program by trustees; assistance of Attorney General or State Board1. The board of trustees of each school district may:(a) Establish a program of information concerning missing children for pupils, parents and other residents of the district; and(b) Use materials prepared by the Attorney General in developing such a program.2.
