Section 385A.605 - Inclusion of data relating to school disciplineThe Department shall include in the statewide system of accountability for public schools data:
1. To recognize public schools that reduce the frequency of the suspension, expulsion or removal of pupils from school as a means of discipline, including, without limitation, a reduction in the occurrences of the suspension, expulsion or removal of pupils that disproportionately affect pupils who belong to a group of pupils listed in subsection 2 of NRS 385A.250; and2.
