Section 385.340 - Qualifications of professional staff and other appointed personnel not in unclassified service

The qualifications for the professional staff and other personnel appointed by the Superintendent of Public Instruction who are not in the unclassified service must be fixed by the Division of Human Resource Management of the Department of Administration.
