Section 379.010 - County library: Establishment and maintenance; county library fund1. The board of county commissioners of each county may set apart a sum of money to be used in the establishment and maintenance of a public library in the county. Each year thereafter the board of county commissioners may set apart an amount of money for the purpose of operating and maintaining the library.2.
