Section 378.110 - Disposition of fines

Money collected by the State Library, Archives and Public Records Administrator from fines must be deposited in the appropriated fund of the State Library, Archives and Public Records, and may be credited to those budgeted items designated by the State Library, Archives and Public Records Administrator.
