Section 356.380 - Payment of assessment; administrative fine for failure to pay1. A depository shall, within 45 days after the date on which the depository received the notice provided pursuant to subsection 3 of NRS 356.370, remit to the State Treasurer the amount of the assessment levied against the depository.2.
