Section 354.200 - Payment of warrants in order of issuance1. All warrants or certificates of indebtedness issued by a county auditor shall be paid in the order in which they are issued.2. Whenever any county warrant or certificate of indebtedness shall not be presented for payment within 6 months after notice shall have been given that the warrant or certificate is payable, the money held for payment of such warrant shall be paid out as other county funds, but whenever any warrant shall thereafter be presented the same shall be deemed then due and payable.3.
