Section 354.600 - Contents of budget Each budget must include:
1. Detailed estimates of revenues, balances in other funds and other sources of financing for the budget year classified by funds and sources in a manner and on forms prescribed by the Department of Taxation.2. Detailed estimates of expenditures and other uses of money for the budget year classified in a manner and on forms prescribed by the Department of Taxation.3.
