Section 353D.160 - [Effective 7/1/2025] "Trust" defined

"Trust" means the Nevada Employee Savings Trust created pursuant to NRS 353D.350 and each Individual Retirement Account trust or annuity contract allocated to the Nevada Employee Savings Trust pursuant to NRS 353D.350.
