Section 353.252 - Petty cash accounts: State Board of Examiners may authorize Clerk to authorize establishment by state agency; duties of Clerk1. The State Board of Examiners may authorize its Clerk, under such circumstances as it deems appropriate, to authorize a state agency to establish a petty cash account of not more than $500 out of the agency's budgeted resources.2.
