Section 350.070 - Approval or disapproval by electors of proposal to issue general obligations: Procedure; validity of result1. If a majority of the electors voting on the question is in favor of the proposal submitted, the proposal is carried, and the proper officers of the municipality shall proceed to issue or incur the obligations proposed.2. If the majority of the electors voting on the question is against the proposal submitted, the proposal fails, and the proper officers of the municipality shall proceed no further except to certify the result of the election to the proper officers of the governing body.3.
