Section 349.959 - Board for Financing Water Projects: Election of Chair; meetings
The Board shall:
1. At its first meeting and annually thereafter elect a Chair from among its voting members.2. Meet regularly at least once in each calendar quarter and at other times upon the call of the Chair.
