Section 348.380 - Signatures: Effect if officer ceases to fill his or her office; adoption of predecessor's signature1. Any certificated public security signed by the authorized officers at the time of its signing is not invalid and must not be denied binding effect on the grounds that before its issuance any or all of those officers ceased to fill their respective offices.2.
