As used in NRS 34.720 to 34.830, inclusive, and sections 2.5 and 3 of this act, unless the context otherwise requires, "petition" means a petition to obtain relief from a judgment of conviction or sentence or to challenge the computation of time a person has served filed pursuant to NRS 34.724.
