Section 341.151 - Calculation of final total cost of building including initial construction costs and operating costs for expected useful life of building; statement of proposed source of funding1. The Division shall provide for a system of accounting for the total costs of state buildings throughout their expected useful life, taking into account all expenses of maintenance and operation.2.
