Section 333.3363 - Preference for bid or proposal submitted by local business owned and operated by veteran with service-connected disability: "Local business" defined

"Local business" means a business which certifies that:

1. Its principal place of business is in this State; or

2. The majority of the goods provided for in a state purchasing contract are produced in this State.
