Section 333.130 - Supervision of administrative and technical activities of Purchasing Division; regulations

The Administrator, as executive head of the Purchasing Division:

1. Shall direct and supervise all its administrative and technical activities.
2. May adopt regulations necessary for the administration of this chapter.
