Section 331.145 - Duty to remove or cover graffiti placed on state property; action to recover civil penalty and damages1. The Administrator shall remove or cover all evidence that graffiti has been placed on the real or personal property which is owned or otherwise controlled by the State within 15 days after he or she discovers the graffiti or as soon as practicable.2. The Administrator may bring an action against a person responsible for placing graffiti on the property to recover a civil penalty and damages for the cost of removing or covering the graffiti placed on such property.3.
