Section 328.110 - Conditions for recording conveyances where United States is grantee; protection of subsequent purchaser1. A recorder of conveyances of real property in this State shall not accept for recordation any deed of conveyance wherein the United States is the grantee unless there is recorded with the deed of conveyance the written statement of a representative of the United States, contained in the deed, or a notarized statement by such a representative accompanying it, that the United States does not seek exclusive jurisdiction over the property.2.
