Section 318A.060 - Jurisdiction in governing body of county or city; interest of members of governing body1. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the governing body of any county or city within this State is hereby vested with jurisdiction, power and authority to create one or more districts within the county or city which it serves.2.
