Section 318A.290 - Perpetual existence of board; corporate seal; suits, actions and proceedings

1. Subject to the limitations of this chapter, the board shall have perpetual existence.

2. The board shall have the power to have and use a corporate seal.

3. The board shall have the power to sue and be sued, and be a party to suits, actions and proceedings.
