Section 293B.122 - Purchase of systems or devices by Secretary of State for lease to counties; sources of money to pay for such purchases1. The Secretary of State may purchase mechanical voting systems and mechanical recording devices and lease them to: (a) A county whose population is 100,000 or more pursuant to the provisions of NRS 293B.124.(b) A county whose population is less than 100,000 pursuant to the provisions of NRS 293B.124 or 293B.1245.2.
