Section 293.5055 - County clerk or field registrar authorized to preregister or register residents of county outside boundaries of county

A county clerk or field registrar may preregister or register, outside the boundaries of the county, any person who is a resident of that county and meets the qualifications to preregister or register to vote, as applicable.
