Section 293.0653 - "Mail ballot" defined

"Mail ballot" means a mail ballot distributed to an active registered voter pursuant to the provisions of NRS 293.269911 to 293.269937, inclusive, and NRS 293C.263 to 293C.26337, inclusive.
